I have lived and worked in Japan since 2004. My professional background began primarily in software and systems development, and over the years I have worked with web technologies, business systems and a variety of commercial projects in Japan.
This experience taught me to look at a business not only from the customer's perspective, but also from the standpoint of processes, technology, efficiency and continuous improvement.
In 2023, I applied that experience to a new field and founded Sunrise Rentacar Okinawa. From the beginning, I have been directly involved in building the operation — from our website and reservation systems to vehicle management, customer service, operational procedures and relationships with business and travel partners.
What began as a small local rental operation has steadily developed into a multilingual car rental business serving customers through our own website as well as domestic and international travel platforms.
In June 2025, TIPUI Co., Ltd. was established in Naha, marking the next stage in the development of Sunrise Rentacar Okinawa and providing a stronger corporate foundation for its future growth.
Even as the company grows, our basic philosophy remains unchanged: provide clear information, practical vehicles and direct local support, while continuously improving our systems and services based on real operational experience.
