Insurance

In case of damages, the max fee that we will charge you is according to the Insurance Plan you choose.

Battery charging fee

When return the car to our offices, if battery is not full, the following fees will be applied:

• If the battery level is 50% or over

• If the battery level is 29% or less
  6,000円

CAR REPLACEMENT

For eventualities as, vehicle damaged by another customer, out of stock, overbooking or any other reason, the car you chosen for your booking may be changed to another similar specs and model.
