Insurance – CDW Coverage
All vehicles include Japan’s mandatory liability insurance, which covers third-party damage and injuries.
CDW is not insurance.
It is an optional damage waiver that reduces (or removes) the amount you must pay for damage to the rented vehicle.

CAR REPLACEMENT
For eventualities as, vehicle damaged by another customer, out of stock, overbooking or any other reason, the car you chosen for your booking may be changed to another similar specs and model.
