Applicable total = listed base or service charge + actual third-party, parts and labor costs + applicable NOC for vehicle unavailability.

Fixed amounts and ranges

A fixed amount applies where expressly stated. A range is determined according to severity, affected area, number of affected components and work required.

Actual repair and replacement costs

Where no fixed amount can reasonably be established, the customer pays the actual cost based on inspection, supplier pricing or an authorized Japanese workshop estimate.

More than one affected item

Charges may apply separately to each affected seat, document, key, charger, carpet, panel, glass surface or other component.

Amounts exceeding a listed range

A stated range does not limit the customer’s responsibility when the actual cost of parts, specialized work, third-party service or severe damage is higher.
