Insurance – CDW Coverage

Luxury vehicles (such as Bentley and Mercedes) are not eligible for CDW. Regardless of the cause or severity of the damage, the renter is responsible for 100% of the repair costs to the rented vehicle itself, including parts, labor, towing, and any related expenses.

However, this does not mean that these vehicles are uninsured. All vehicles are fully covered by mandatory liability insurance. Any damage to third-party vehicles, injuries to other people, or major accidents are covered by the vehicle’s insurance at no cost to the renter.

In simple terms:

  • Damage to the rented luxury vehicle = renter pays 100%.
  • Damage to third parties, personal injuries, major accidents = covered by insurance (no cost to renter).

 

 

CAR REPLACEMENT

For eventualities as, vehicle damaged by another customer, out of stock, overbooking or any other reason, the car you chosen for your booking may be changed to another similar specs and model.
